Arthur A. Parsons

Arthur A. Parsons, 56, of Springfield, passed away November 1, 2018 in Eaglewood Care Center. He was born September 11, 1962, the son of Grover and Carrie (Hagen) Parsons. Mr. Parsons was a member of the Liberty Baptist Temple, a graduate of Tecumseh High School and had been employed as a truck driver. He loved spending time with his grandchildren. Survivors include two children; Christina (Cameron) Williams and Mark Kephart (Amber Colwell) all of Springfield and six grandchildren; Preston Milton, Noah and Hailea Williams, Mark Jr., Cheyanne and Jayden Kephart He was preceded in death by his wife; Roseanna Parsons in 2011 and his parents. Funeral service will be held at 8:00 PM Thursday in the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Paul Dowdy officiating. Friends may visit with the family from 5:00 PM until the time of the services. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Mr. Parsons’ family. Condolences may be shared at www.jkzfh.com
