Jeannetta Marie (Radcliff) Edington

Jeannetta Marie Edington, 74, of Springfield, passed away November 11, 2018 in Springfield Regional Medical Center. She was born March 24, 1944 in Springfield, the daughter of Danny and Hazel (Palmer) Radcliff. Mrs. Edington enjoyed going to auctions and bowling. She participated in the Strides for Breast Cancer and Relay for Life walks. Jeannetta will be remembered as a very caring people person who truly enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She had been employed at the restaurant in Woolworth’s. Survivors include six children; Susie (Lee) Walter and Jeffery (Carolyn) Watterson, Arkansas, Tammy (Lamar) Whittenbarger, Angel Edington and Anthony Edington, Florida, Carl Watterson, South Charleston, twelve grandchildren and several great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband; Larry E. Edington, December 28, 2017, a daughter; Judith “Mickey” Watterson and a sister; Patricia Berger. Visitation will be held from 5:00PM until 8:00PM Thursday in the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME. Funeral services will be held at 10:30AM Friday in the funeral home with Pastor Rick Clos officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Burial Park. Condolences may be shared at www.jkzfh.com.
