Kathy A. Piatt

Kathy A. Piatt, 72, of Springboro, passed away Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at Hillspring of Springboro. She was born May 31, 1946 in Springfield, Ohio. Kathy is survived by two children, Patrick (Karen) Jenkins of Columbus and Cheryl (Billy) Clos of Miamisburg and two grandchildren, MacKenzie Jenkins and Nicholas Smith. She was preceded in death by her husband, James H. Piatt. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, November 16, 2018 at Lighthouse Tabernacle, 5202 Valley Pike, Urbana, OH, with Pastor Rick Clos officiating. Friends may visit with the family from 3-4 p.m. in the church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Kathy’s family. Arrangements are being handled by the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME.
