Kevin D. “Big Kev” Crook, 61, of New Carlisle, passed away Sunday, September 16, 2018 at Hospice of Dayton. He was born September 19, 1956 in Dayton, the son of the late Roger D. and Shirley (Hall) Crook. Survivors include his devoted wife and caregiver of 33 years, Kyna (Davis) Crook; two daughters, Nikki (Andrew) Moore of New Carlisle and Brittney Welbaum of Medway; two grandsons, Keenan Duncan and Logan Moore; three granddaughters, Madilynn Moore, Kaitlynn Moore, and Andi Moore; two brothers, Roger “Kenny” Crook of Springfield and Eric (Nancy) Crook of Green Cove Springs, Florida; niece and nephew, Krista Chambless and Nick Brown, both of Florida; and multiple aunts, uncles, and cousins. There will be a private celebration of Kevin’s life held at a later date for family and friends. Arrangements are being handled by the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME.
