Mary Alice Louise Staton

Mary Alice Louise Staton, 76, of Springfield, passed away Monday, January 7, 2019 at Southbrook Care Center. She was born July 2, 1942 in Paintsville, Kentucky, daughter of Eugene and Cloa (Belcher) Blevins. Mary was a loving mother and grandmother. Her family meant everything to her. She was preceded in death by her husband, Emmett Staton; son, Richard Staton; one granddaughter; and her parents. She leaves to cherish her memory six children; 13 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; one brother; and one sister. Visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. Thursday in the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. with Pastor Bill Moore officiating.
