Nathan Webster Blankenship, 36, of Springfield, passed away March 5, 2019 in his home. He was born February 1, 1983 in Midwest City, Oklahoma, the son of Marilyn (McIntire) and John Blankenship, Jr. Nathan enjoyed farming, fishing, country music, and helping others. Survivors include his father, John Blankenship, Jr.; three children, Rachel Blankenship, Trenton Blankenship, and Benjamin Coal Blankenship; three brothers, Ty (Elena) Blankenship, John “BJ” Blankenship III, and Michael (Heidi) Blankenship; sister, Megan (Tommy) Clemens; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother. Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. Monday in the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the Journey of Faith Fellowship Church, 163 N. Chillicothe St., South Charleston, Ohio, with Pastor Charles Wertz officiating.
