Patricia "Patty" L. Berry

Patricia L. “Patty” Berry, 72, of Springfield, passed away August 1, 2019 in Springfield Regional Medical Center. She was born July 18, 1947 in Bristol, Virginia, the daughter of George W. and Dorothea L (Keesee) Roberts. Patty had been a longtime member of Blessed Hope Baptist Church and was now a member of Victory Baptist Church. She truly enjoyed spending time with her family. Survivor include her loving husband of 50 years; Clayton “Kirby” Berry, one daughter; Deborah Louise Berry, one granddaughter; Crystal Shupp with another on the way, siblings; Thomas L. (Kellie) Roberts, Jennifer Lebaroff, Shirley (Roger) Stevens and George (Sherri) Roberts all of Springfield and many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by a son; David William Berry and her parents. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 PM Friday in Rose Hill Burial Park Chapel with Pastor Dan Stinger officiating. Visitation will be held from 2:00PM until the time of the services. Burial will follow. Arrangements are being handled by the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME.
