Ruth Ann (Chappell) Harbaugh

Ruth Ann Harbaugh, 71, of Springfield, passed away December 28, 2018 in her residence. She was born January 30, 1947 in Springfield, the daughter of Kenneth and Lily (Fetters) Chappell. Mrs. Harbaugh was a former member of Northminster Presbyterian Church and enjoyed reading and crafting. She was a graduate of Shawnee High School and had been employed at AAA in Columbus, Ohio. Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law; Teena and Scott Siebold, Springfield and three grandchildren; Lily, Emylee and Kayleigh. She was preceded in death by her parents. A memorial service will be held at 2:00PM Monday at the Shawnee Apartments, 102 East Main St., Springfield, with Pastor Steven Fewell officiating.
