Tammy E. (Swims) Maler

  Tammy E. Maler, 51, of Huber Heights, passed away August 19, 2019, in her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born August 19, 1968 in West Hamlin, West Virginia, the daughter of Jesse and Judy Swims. Tammy enjoyed gardening, going for walks, tinkering around her house but most of all she loved spending precious time with her loving family. Survivors include her husband of 16 years, who always lovingly referred to her as “Woman”; William Hays, four children; Robin Martin, Myra Hays, Cory Maler (Amanda Pena) and Storm Hays (Kenneth Wallace), seven grandchildren; Ezekiel, Aubra, Maxwell, Finley, Bryson, Myah and Lincoln with another grandchild on the way, one brother; Sonny Swims, her mother and father-in-law; Sharon and Paul Bates, her ex-husband; David Maler and her beloved cat; “Gizzy”. She was preceded in death by her parents. Visitation will be held from 5:00PM until 7:00PM Thursday in the Lawrenceville Church of God. Funeral services will begin at 7:00PM with Pastor Alan Cain officiating. Burial will be in Ferncliff Cemetery. Condolences may be shared at www.jkzfh.com.
