William "Billy" A. Day, Jr.

William A. “Billy” Day, Jr., 46, of Medway, passed away Sunday, October 21, 2018. He was born May 11, 1972 in Springfield, son of William A. and Brenda M. (Dement) Day. Billy was a lifetime member of the Medway VFW. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, riding quads, and the outdoors. Survivors include his sister, Tina M. Day of Medway; niece, Sasha B. "Moon" Day of Columbus; nephew, Zachary A. Day of Medway; aunt, Teresa A. Gibson of Medway; and special cousin, Bonita “Peach” Lewis. He was preceded in death by his parents; maternal grandparents, Charles Edward and Veda Dement; paternal grandparents, Charlie Harrison Day and Bernice Marie Clevenger; and aunts, Judith Dement and Linda Leatherman. A celebration of Billy’s life will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, October 28, 2018 at VFW #9684, 1587 N. Lake Rd. Arrangements are being handled by the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME.
