It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Alexiya Payne, a devoted and loving mother, who left us far too soon. Alexiya was a remarkable woman, cherished by her two children, Dalilah Cooper and Dylan Cooper, who were the center of her world. She is survived by her mother, Stephanie DeLong, Father Richard Payne II, her sister, Brittany Tucker, and her brothers, Trey Payne, Joshua Taylor, Robert Taylor, Neriah Payne, Connor Payne, Mathieu Payne, Zyron Payne and Grand Parents Dave and Pat DeLong who will carry her memory in their hearts forever. Alexiya was not just a family member; she was a friend to all, and her unwavering focus on family was evident in everything she did. Alexiya had a contagious joy and a laugh that brightened the lives of everyone around her. Her passion for sunflowers symbolizes the light and love she brought into the lives of those fortunate enough to know her. These beautiful flowers will serve as a lasting reminder of her spirit. Alexiya will be deeply missed by all who know her. Her legacy of kindness, love, and laughter will forever be remembered and cherished. May she rest in peace, knowing how profoundly she touched the lives of so many. A gathering of friends and family will be held at the Funeral Home, Monday, September 16, 2024, from 4-6PM.
