Barbara Elaine (Kelly) Neff

Barbara Elaine Neff, 67, of Enon, passed away on Sunday, June 28, 2026 at Versailles Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. She was born on July 6, 1958 in Springfield, the daughter of Marvin and Donna (Overholser) Kelly. Barb’s hobbies included knitting, crocheting, and coloring. She enjoyed the simple pleasures of life, like taking a country drive with the windows down and the music up…she loved music! Survivors include her three children, Chasity Kelly, Todd Neff, and Tonya Neff (fiancé Mike Dennis); grandchildren, Ethan McCaw, Brendon Massie, Tyler Neff, Kaiden Neff, and Blake Kelly; sister, Victoria (Chris) Woehle; brothers, Jay (Molly-who was Barb’s closest friend) Kelly and Leon Kelly (Billie Jo Harris); brother-in-law, David Denney; several nieces and nephews; and special childhood friend, Stephanie Cooley. She was preceded in death by sister, Carolyn Denney, and her parents. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Monday, July 6 in the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME.
