Barbara J Scaggs

Barbara J. Scaggs, 88, of South Charleston, OH passed away February 5, 2021 in her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born January 26, 1933 in Springfield, the daughter of Bill Roth and Bernice Wagner. Survivors include three children, Bob (Debbie) Scaggs, Bill (Peggy) Scaggs, and Belinda Perkins; two grandsons, Robbie (Heather) Scaggs and Chet Perkins; and four great-grandchildren, Caleb and Callie Scaggs and Deven and Mason Perkins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bob Scaggs; granddaughter, Jennifer Scaggs; both parents; and two sisters, Pat and Mary Ann. Barbara was a housewife, and she loved to crochet and paint. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the family has elected not to have services at this time. Burial will take place in Fletcher Chapel Cemetery.
