Carolyn Sue (Nesselrotte) Judy

Carolyn Sue (Nesselrotte) Judy, 77, of Springfield, passed away on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at Springfield Regional Medical Center. She was born October 15, 1948 in Springfield. Carolyn held different jobs over the years, including positions in sales, secretarial, and working in her mother’s restaurant. She served as a lay speaker at St. Mark United Methodist Church. She enjoyed playing canasta and computer games, and she loved music and enjoyed singing. Survivors include her loving husband of 60 years, John Larry Judy; daughters, Kathy Lee (Joseph) Salyers and Sherry Lynn Judy; son, Larry Eugene Cameron Judy; grandchildren, Joshua Lee Salyers, Monica Nicole Salyers, Randy John William (Brandi) Dingey, Dakota Edward Dingey, Makala Elizabeth Lynn (Jacob Michael) Otstot; great-grandchildren, Jayden, Ava, Haylinn, Madison, Jadelyn, and Nolan; siblings, Ray (Helen) Malone, Ray (Cathy) Nesselrotte, Willard Nesselrotte, Jothan (Pam) Nesselrotte, and Brian Sparks; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother, Margaret (Keys) Sparks; father and stepmother, Willard and Dixie Nesselrotte; and sisters, Shirley and Virginia.
