Catherine Edith Potts

Catherine Edith Potts, 74, of Springfield, Ohio, passed away July 27, 2025. She was born May 22, 1951, in Springfield, the daughter of Beatrice Potts and Cecil Potts. Catherine enjoyed Bingo, Shooting Poll, Car Racing and spending time with family. Her favorite race car driver was Dale Earnhardt. She is survived by one child, Maria Cox, five grandchildren, Margarita Cox, Raven (Liana) Wilson, Ryan (Haley) Cox, Rebecca McCormick and Kevin McFadden, six great-grandchildren, Makayla Cox, Keith Wooster, Scarlett Delong, Jay-siah Jones, Westly Wilson, My’lynne Johnson, two siblings, Mary (Rick) Blucker, James Potts, three nephews, Daniel Blucker, David Blucker, Adrian Cox, many cousins, friends and family. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother. Funeral services will be held at 8pm on Wednesday, August 6, 2025 in the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Rick Clos officiating.
