Obituary
Charlotte M. Cox, 86, passed away Sunday, April 9, 2023, at Greenhills Retirement Community, West Liberty, Ohio. Charlotte was born June 25, 1936, in Springfield, Ohio, to Estle and Alfreda (Boyer) Skaggs. She retired from Schulers Bakery in Springfield, Ohio. Charlotte is survived by her husband of 59 years, Curtis Cox, five children; Ernie LeValley, Cheryl Ellis, Douglas LeValley, Cathy Caroppoli and Vicky Cox, 17 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and one sister, Nellie Skaggs. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister; Shirley Stevens and two brothers; Robert and Michael Skaggs. At Charlotte’s request, there will be no services.
