Connie Sue Richardson

Connie Sue Richardson, 69, of Springfield, passed away May 5, 2021 in her home. She was born April 20, 1952 in Springfield, the daughter of William Edward and Dorothy V. (Hopkins) Gano. Connie had worked at Victory Lanes for 32 years, where she was an advocate for Special Olympics bowling. She loved the Lord and attended Deliverance Temple. She enjoyed reading her bible, and watching Fox News and old-time tv shows like Andy Griffith and the Golden Girls. Survivors include three sons, James Wright (fiancée Angela Williams), Shawn (Jody) Druckenbroad, and Brian (Linda) Stupp; seven grandchildren, Kayty, Jenny, Scarlett, Cassie, Jakeb, Logan, and Carson; great-grandson, Lachlan; sister, Barbara Jean Eddington; brother, William J. (Kim) Gano; nephew, Andrew Gano; her beloved fur babies; and numerous cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ricky A. Richardson; sister, Joan Lou Swick; two nieces; two nephews; her brother-in-law; and her parents. Funeral services will be held at 5:00 pm Tuesday in the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME.
