Connie Sue Smith, 62, of Springfield, passed away December 11, 2025, in Springfield Regional Medical Center. She was born February 24, 1963, in Springfield, the daughter of Marshall and Anita (Shelton) Smith Sr., Connie’s favorite times were spent with her loving family and friends. She is survived by siblings; Tonya (Eric) Woodland, Candy Smith (Michael Wade), Bonnie (Joey) Rife, Robert Smith, Marshall Smith Jr. and Marshall Diffendal, her loving companion; Rick Rhyan, children; Melinda “Mindy” Smith and Mark Anway and numerous nieces and nephews.
