David Vinton Heffner Sr Age: 56 of Springfield, Ohio, passed away Augusy 22. 2023. He was born June 5, 1967 in Jackson, Mississippi, the son of David Vinton Heffner Sr and Oneta Hostetter Hoelscher. David attended South High School, and eventually got his GED’ He was a proud member of NA and Trinity Missionary Church. He loved dogs especially Pitbulls, darts, shooting pool, fast cars, fishing, talking, and visiting people, helping anyone, but mostly spending time visiting with family, and friends. David was a very loving, caring, funny, witty, gregarious, passionate, intelligent, sweet, beautiful deep soul. He would goat you until you cried or left. Lol He lived his life on his own terms, to the fullest, regardless of what anyone thought. He never met a stranger, literally. And he would help anyone, even at his own expense. He was preceded in death by; David Vinton Heffner Sr., Oneta Hostetter Hoelscher, Oscar Raymond Heffner, Marie Heffner, Dewy Hostetter, Francis Bahr Hostetter and several Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, including special cousins; Larry Delawder, Dale Gohl, and Dickie Harber. Survivors include his brother; Carl (Nichole) Hoelscher, Nieces: Alexis, Selena, Gracie, Great Nephew & Nieces: Liam, Kinsley, Aliza Brother: Phillip (Sophia) Hoelscher, Nieces & Nephews: Amber, Kara, Phillip, Farrah, Jakob, Ayvahlynn, Bug, Great Nephews & Niece: Braxtin, Everleigh, Waylin Brother: Marty Folwick Nieces & Nephew: Katrina, Aubrey, Joseph Love of his life: Elizabeth Stout Heffner, Nephews & Niece: Tommy, Nile, Katie, Great Nephew & Nieces: CJ, Ginger, Elaina, Anaya, Uncle : Butch Larry Delawder whom he loved, adored, cherished, and looked up to more than anything, Aunt: Yvonne Hostetter Cardosi, Aunt: Kathy Hostetter Cardosi, Aunt: Nancy Heffner Jacobson, Aunt: Ramona Heffner Hugot and lots of other family members, and very close friends. A Celebration of Life for David will be held Sunday August 27,2023, beginning at 1:00 pm at the Lakeview Shelter House CJ Brown Reservoir (down below the look out) Bring covered dish(s) to share, a chair, and anything else you want, or just come, let's share memories.
