Deanna Marie Brewer

Deanna Marie Brewer, 40, of Springfield, passed away on Wednesday, August 27, 2025. She was born May 20, 1985 in Montgomery County, Ohio, the daughter of William and Lisa (Newport) Brewer. Deanna graduated from Tecumseh High School. She had attended the Plum Street Church, and her favorite thing to do was to spend time with her kids. Survivors include her children, Cansas Brewer (Brandon Adkins), Taylor Horn (Rashaad Abston), Payton Riggle, Amaya Brewer, and Unique Brewer; two grandchildren, Ka’Miyah Abston and Kinsley Adkins; her father, William Brewer; sisters, Kristen Newport, Vanessa Brewer, and Sasha Shepherd; brother, Jason Brewer; boyfriend and Unique’s father, Herbie Ingram; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two sons, Philip Riggle Jr. and Liam Brewer; brother, Bill Newport; and her mother. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 pm Thursday in the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Sims officiating. Friends may visit with the family from 5-7 pm.
