Deena Jo Roush, 69, of Springfield, passed away January 28, 2026, in Springfield Regional Medical Center. She was born July 17, 1956, in Springfield, the daughter of Dorothy Sample. Deena was a member of the Catholic faith. Sher enjoyed doing puzzles and spending time with her grandchildren. She had been employed at Long John Silvers. Survivors include her daughter; Billie Jo Pennywitt (David Beverly), grandchildren; Jake, Branden, Kayley, Cassey and Meganne, great grandchildren; Tristin, Damian, Landen, Addey, Dustin, Eliza, Isaiah, Bentley, Grayson and Aurora and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband; John T. Roush, a daughter; Melissa Pennywitt, a sister; Connie and her parents. No services are planned at this time.
