Elizabeth A. “Liz” Imber, 77, of Springfield, passed away January 11, 2020 at Springfield Regional Medical Center. She was born May 29, 1942, the daughter of Melvin and Ellen (Parker) Bishop. Liz was retired from the City of Springfield, where she worked in the tax department. Survivors include four children, Mark (Tracey) Stump, Lisa Wren, Thomas Stump, and James Clark, all of Springfield; 18 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Sandy Bishop of Marion, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph L. “Pat” Imber on November 19, 2007; brother, Richard Bishop; and her parents. Funeral services will be held at 12:30 pm on Wednesday in the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Rick Clos officiating. Friends may visit with the family for one hour prior to the services. Burial will follow in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. Condolences may be shared at www.jkzfh.com.
