Faith Lavonne Petrey, 86, of Springfield, passed away June 8, 2022, in Oakwood Village. She was born January 1, 1936, in London, Ohio, the daughter of Charles and Goldie (Gordon) Smith. Faith was a member of the Victor Faith Center. She loved everything about food, cooking it and eating it, she loved doing crossword puzzles and she loved to play Bingo. Faith had been employed at Hope House Manor. Survivors include nieces; Goldie Petrey (Stephen Brown) and Frances Gorton, great nieces and nephews; Jordan Mershon (Kayla), Chelsea Gorton, Brandon Gorton (Nathen Thompson), Hayley Gorton and Macey Barcus, great great niece; Chloe Colbert, brother; David (Karen) Smith, sister; Mary Lou Vogas, beloved dog; Who Dey and many other loving family members and friends. She was preceded in death by a sister; Alberta Smith, a nephew; Richard Gorton and her parents. Arrangements are being handled by the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME.
