Fredric S. Tindall, 94, of South Charleston, Ohio, passed away peacefully at Forest Glen on Monday, December 9, 2024. He was born November 3, 1930, in Selma, Ohio, to Elton Wallace and Gretta (Branson) Tindall. Fredric was a US Army Veteran. He was a past commander and lifelong/oldest member (72 years) of the Allen Meyers Hohn Sparrow American Legion Post 176. He was also a member of their honor guard. He was a lifelong member of the Methodist church in South Charleston. He worked as a printer at Rich Printing. He loved Ohio State football and the Cincinnati Reds and Bengals. Survivors include his loving wife of 52 years; Mary Ann (Smith) Tindall nieces; Patti (Skip) Gill, Bobbie Jo (Lonnie) Barclay, Carole Jackson, Kristi (Randy) Ison and Janie (Brian) Jackson and many great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews and his church family and South Charleston friends. He was preceded in death by his brother; Edwin Tindall and his parents. A visitation will be held from 2:00 PM until 4:00PM Sunday in the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL Home. Funeral services will be held at 4:00 PM with Rev. Beth Holton officiating. Graveside services with Military Honors will be held at 2:00PM Monday in Greenlawn Cemetery, South Charleston.
