Greatis Ann (Miller) Boysel

    Greatis Ann Boysel, 89, of Springfield, passed away January 1, 2026, in Mercy Memorial Hospital, Urbana, She was born December 7, 1936, in South Solon, Ohio, the daughter of James and Sylvia (Cordle) Miller. Mrs. Boysel was a member of the Lil Country Church. She enjoyed reading, doing puzzells and spending time with her loving family and friends. Survivors include two children; Tony Glispie and Tim Boysel, grandchildren; Heather (Jason) Pennywitt, Ashley (Kevin) Bell, Nathan Glispie, Jason Boysel, Tim (Adrienne) Boysel Jr., Andy Boysel, Stephanie Boysel and Shane Boysel, 20 great grandchildren, siblings; Mary (Bob) Nangle and Gary Miller and numerous nieces, nephews and many friends. She was preceded in death by her husband; Herbert Boysel in 2010, a son; Terry Boysel, brothers; Eddie Miller and Arnold Miller and her parents. At Mrs. Boysel’s request, private services will be held. Burial will be in South Solon Cemetery. Condolences may be shared at www.jkzfh.com.
