Jackie Leon Tarbutton

Jackie Leon Tarbutton 53, of Springfield, passed away December 20, 2024, in Springfield Regional Medical Center. He was born September 17, 1971, in Springfield. The son of Richard Lee and Carol June (Tincher) Tarbutton Sr. Jackie enjoyed old cars and spending time with his loving family. He had been self employed as a handyman and a very talented mechanic and auto paint technician. Survivors include siblings; Richard Lee Tarbutton Jr. (Bonnie Abston), Pam Tarbutton, Anthony “Tony” Tarbutton (Sheila McGath), nieces and nephews; Terry Chaney Jr., Thomas (Tom) Tarbutton, Amanda Tarbutton (Raymond Martin), Bradley Chaney and Christopher Tarbutton, his lady friend; Sara Beck, his best doggie friend Gotti, and many, many close friends. He was preceded in death by his sister; Melissa Ann “Missy” Tarbutton and his parents. Funeral services will be held at 1:30PM Monday, December 30, 2024, in the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME with Rev. Russell Andrews Jr. officiating.
