James “Jim” Michael Brown, 74, of South Vienna, passed away on Thursday, June 26, 2025 at Springfield Regional Medical Center. He was born March 24, 1951 in Washington Court House, Ohio, the son of Frank and Viney (Nunley) Brown. Jim had retired from Walmart Distribution Center, where he worked as a mechanic. He was a member of the Pleasant Community Church of God. He enjoyed working on cars and spending time with his grandchildren and family. Survivors include his loving wife of 41 years, Rosemary (Campbell) Brown; three sons, Michael, Todd, and Jerry; one daughter, Nikki; granddaughter, Amber; great-grandchildren, Addison and Eli; two sisters, Debbie and Jo (Steve); and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Larry; father and mother-in-law, Don and Opal Campbell; and brother-in-law, Doug. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday, July 3 at the Pleasant Community Church of God, 9520 Tarbutton Rd. S. Vienna. Pastor Gene Kelly will officiate. Friends may visit with the family for one hour prior to the services from 12-1 PM. Burial will follow in Vernon Asbury Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME.
