Obituary
Joan Marie Aldridge, 81, of Springfield, passed away August 24, 2023. She was born October 8, 1941, in Springfield, the daughter of Robert and Ruth (Sheerin) Pitstick. Mrs. Aldridge had been employed at Olan Mills. Survivors include her loving husband of 42 years; Donald Aldridge, one son; Robert E. Seavey, grandchildren; Bill Seavey, Jennifer Seavey, Erika Parker, Crystal Seavey and Tiffany Seavey, two brothers; Gene (Marita) Pitstick and Fred (Teresa) Pitstick and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son; John Seavey, a sister; Barbara Monnin and her parents. Private services for Joan will be held at Calvary Cemetery with Father John MacQuarrie officiating. Burial will follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Joan’s name to Hospice of Dayton. Arrangements are being handled by the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME.
