Kathleen Ann (Earley) Wallace

Kathleen Ann Wallace, aged 72, passed away peacefully in Dayton, Ohio, on July 18, 2024. Born on March 28, 1952, in Springfield, she was the daughter of Ernest Earley and Lottie (Ray) Timberman. Kathy is also preceded in death by her brother, Richard Earley and sister Debbie Gonzales, as well as her beloved nephew Aaron Ward.
Kathy leaves behind her loving husband of 53 years, William Jasper Wallace; two children, Angela Lynn Lewis, of Springfield, OH and William Eugene Wallace, of Pikeville TN; two granddaughters, Jessica Lewis of Pikeville, TN and Megan Cobb of Springfield, OH.
Kathy, was also a Great-Grandmother (Gigi) to Spencer and Mason Staggs, of Pikeville, TN.
Surviving family also includes two sisters, Sandy Haggy, Raejean Rager and brother Steve Earley, all of Springfield.
Kathy had the ability to make instant friends with everyone she met. She never met a stranger and made everyone feel as though they’d known her for years. She was an amazing mom and grandmother, to more than just her own family. She truly would light up every room she entered. To say she will missed would be an understatement. We will do our very best to keep that light shining and keep her memory alive. Sometimes you will never know the value of a moment, until it becomes a memory, so please tell the ones in your life you love them and make every moment count.
Visitation will be held Monday, July 22, 2024, from 5-8 pm, with services at 8pm in the
Jones Kenney Zechman Funeral Home, 1002 E High Street, Springfield, OH 45505.
