Kimberly K. Martin

Kimberly K. Martin, 44, of Springfield passed away peacefully on October 7, 2024, in Hospice of Dayton. She was born August 13, 1980 in Springfield, the daughter of David A. and Janet Lorraine (Palmer) Martin. Kimberly enjoyed writing poetry and spending time with her loving family, especially her grandchildren. She is survived by her father; David A. Martin, grandmother; Mary Palmer, three children; Sierra McConnaha, Carissa Martin, and Dalton Martin, grandchildren; Kamden, Zayden, Zay’Drian, Alyonna, Julian, Jayce, Saraeya, Na’Miko, Ni’Eko, Lilly’Ana, and Marshall, one sister; April Woodruff, six nieces, special friends; Trish Ann Kelly, Sarah Nicole Stanley, and Paul Stone. She was preceded in death by her mother; Janet Martin, a brother; David L. Martin, grandparents; James Palmer, Shirley and Royce Martin. Special thanks to the staff of Hospice of Dayton for their wonderful care. Visitation will be held from 6-8 pm Friday in the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME.
