Lawrence Williams

Lawrence Williams, 77, of Springfield, Ohio, passed away at Springfield Regional Medical Center on July 29, 2024. He was born to Homer H. Williams and Vernous (Drummond) Williams on October 2, 1946, in Springfield, Ohio. Lawrence was a Navy Veteran, having served during Vietnam, and a lifetime member of VFW Post 8673 Roscoe Welsh. He was a racing enthusiast of all kinds of motor cars. Lawrence is survived by his siblings, Curtis Williams (Debi Segrest-Adams), Bea Allen, Charlene Strickland, and his best friend, Joe McNamara. He was preceded in death by his parents, his loving wife, Toney Lynn (Wadsworth) Williams and his brother, Richard Williams. Per Lawrence’s request, he has been cremated.
