Linda Claudine (Horton) Spencer

     Linda Claudine Spencer, 74, of Springfield, passed away January 16, 2023, in Allen View Health Care Center surrounded by her loving family. She was born September 17, 1948, in Springfield, the daughter of Clyde and Gertrude (Thi’bault) Horton Sr. Linda’s greatest joy in life was spending time with her beloved grandkids. She had been employed at Glasco. Survivors include her husband; H C Spencer, two children; Harold Leon Smith Jr. and Kathy (Brian) Cerney, six grandchildren; Jonathon, Tyler, Colin, Kaitlin, Quinn and Tyler, 10 great grandchildren, sisters; Sylvia (Ray) Cain and Shirley Hatfield, brother; Clyde Horton Jr., special niece; Carla Wagner and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a daughter; Theresa Horton and her parents. Memorial services will be held at 1:00PM Saturday, January 21, 2023, at the Victory Faith Center, 424 South Fountain Avenue, Springfield OH 45506, with Pastor Pauline Hamblin officiating.
