Lucille Maxine Durst

 Lucille Maxine Durst, 93, of Springfield, passed away peacefully on July 6, 2024. She was born November 24, 1930, in Leon, West Virginia, the daughter of Earl and Madelene (McVee) McCarty. Mrs. Durst attended the Methodist Church and will always be remembered as a hard worker. She had been employed at the Clark Memorial Home. She is survived by four children; Tanya Durst, Linda Durst, Vickie Smith and Roger Durst, many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, one sister; Dorothy Huffman and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband; Martin Durst, children; Gretta Scott, Okey Durst, Peggy Durst, Robert Durst, Keith Durst, Larry Durst, James Durst, Randal Durst, Shirley Durst, and Dottie Durst, three sisters; Martha Thomas, Mary Rollins and Beatrice Rollins, one brother; Phil McCarty and her parents.
