Nancy Ann (Stevens) Catron

     Nancy Ann Catron, 80 of Springfield, passed away peacefully April 16, 2024, in Springfield Regional Medical Center. She was born May 2, 1943, in Springfield, the daughter of Andrew and Emily (Bickel) Stevens. Mrs. Catron was a member of the Home City Chapter of the Eastern Star and had been employed as a registered nurse. Nancy enjoyed traveling, cooking and spending time with her husband Sonny. Survivors include her loving husband of 31 years; Clyde A. “Sonny” Catron, two children; John Hartman and Virginia Mensink, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister; Mary Maine and her parents. Memorial services will be held at 7:00PM Thursday, May 2, 2024, in the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Rick Clos officiating.
