Neta May (Shubert) Perry

Neta May (Shubert) Perry, 68, of Springfield, passed away September 15, 2022 at Springfield Regional Medical Center. She was born July 2, 1954 in Strawn, Texas, the daughter of William J. “Bill” and Nellie Marie (Ellyson) Shubert. Neta was a retired school bus driver. Survivors include her two daughters, Tara Muncy and Pamela Perry; sister, Ellen Shubert; grandchildren, Cara, Codie (Lori), Collin (Brittney), Deandre, Diasia, Daneah, Dayonia, Aiyan, Vonne, and Briana; great-grandchildren, James, Joseph, Carter, Collin Jr., Izzibella, Emmett, Aubriella, and Octavia; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends. She was preceded in death by brothers, Billy Howard and William Lewis Shubert, and her parents. Visitation will be held from 5-7 pm Monday in the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME with services starting at 7:00 pm. Condolences may be shared at www.jkzfh.com.
