Okey Edward Durst

Okey Edward Durst, 55, of Xenia, passed away April 25, 2021. He was born October 11, 1965 in Point Pleasant, West Virginia, son of Lucille (McCarty) Durst and Oakey Rollins. Okey enjoyed working on cars and watching NASCAR, and he was a big fan of the Dallas Cowboys. Survivors include his wife, Kimberley Mains; his mother, Lucille Durst of Springfield; five children, Missy Moore, Ashley Durst, both of Fairborn, Dustin Durst, Samantha Durst (fiancé Josh Lough), and Cheyenne Durst (Cody Donovan), all of Xenia; four grandchildren, Gavin Lacey, Dawson Lacey, Emerson Hayes, and Marley Lough; two brothers, Roger and Bobby; five sisters, Vickie, Peggy, Linda Sue, Tanya, and Gretta; and many nieces, nephews, and other family members. He was preceded in death by four brothers, Larry, James, Randall, and Keith; two sisters, Shirley and Dottie Jean; and his father. A memorial gathering will be held from 3-6 pm Tuesday in the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME. Condolences may be shared at www.jkzfh.com.
