Patricia Darlene Ferryman

Patricia Darlene Ferryman, 71, formerly of Springfield, passed away January 13, 2019 in her son’s home in Piketon, Ohio. She was born April 9, 1947 in Springfield, the daughter of Walter Vernon and Helen Elizabeth (Seitz) Chandler. Mrs. Ferryman’s greatest love was spending time with her family. She had been employed at Creative World of Child Care for 20 years. Survivors include her mother; Helen Elizabeth Chandler, Springfield, two sons; Bryan (Joylyn) Ferryman, Piketon and Shawn (Vera) Ferryman, Medway, four grandchildren; Victoria, Luke, Anna and Lance, two great grandchildren; Eleanora and Orlin, one sister; Charlotte (William) O’Brien, South Vienna, sister in law; Dorothy Hart, several nieces and nephews including special nephew Corey Joe Belt who was very helpful in caring for Mrs. Ferryman. She was preceded in death by her husband; Carl E. “Bud” Ferryman, April 30, 2010 and her father. Funeral services will be held at 1:30PM Friday in the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Steve Evans officiating. Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the services.
