Paul Duncan, 77, of Springfield, Ohio, passed away at Springfield Regional Medical Center on November 6, 2024. He was born in Connersville, Indiana, on December 15, 1946, to John Robert and Helen (Kline) Duncan. Paul was a 37-year employee and retired from Navistar in Springfield, Ohio, where he was a forklift operator among other duties. He thoroughly enjoyed watching sports, especially OSU, Green Bay Packers and specifically, LeBron James from the Cavaliers. Paul would play pool, cards, go to the horse track, and the casinos with his friends. He is survived by his children; Jamie (Kelly) Duncan and Kelli Gohl, grandchildren; Kameron Duncan, Hailey Duncan, Nathan Duncan, River Duncan, Emerson Duncan, Brooke Gohl, Joey Gohl, Amber Vollmer and Shawn Vollmer, great-grandchildren; Tre’mire, A’Montne, Monte’ Jr, D’Lonte, Shay’lynn, Zay’den and Kings’lee, his good friends; Johnny Ray and “Butch” Daryl Eberhart and of course all his friends at Elderly United. Paul was preceded in death by his son, John Robert Duncan, his siblings; Gene Duncan, William (Beth) Duncan and Joan Whitehead, and his parents. Services will be held on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, at 7:00 PM at the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Kevin Frank officiating.
