Rebecca Marie Seaman-Taylor

Rebecca Marie Seaman-Taylor, 52, of Springfield, passed away October 27, 2025, in Springfield Regional Medical Center. She was born June 1, 1973, in Springfield, the daughter of Charles and Kathleen (Hill) Seaman. Rebecca attended St. Joseph and St. Raphael Catholic Churches, and she was a graduate of Springfield South High School class of 1991. Rebecca had worked with people with developmental disabilities for 30 plus years with her most recent employment at E. C. H. O. Residential Services. She is survived by her husband; Larry Taylor, daughter; Elizabeth Taylor, stepchildren; Lori and William Taylor, grandchildren; Shayla Mullins and Preston Taylor, parents; Charles and Kathleen Seaman, siblings; Charles (Jessica) Seaman, Kathleen Seaman, Ryan (Carri) Seaman, nieces and nephews; Ashley (Tyler) Womack and their daughter Lillian, Andrew Skaggs and his daughters Remington and Avery, Julia and Charles Seaman, Katelyn, Aaron and Ethan Seaman. Rebecca was known for her big heart and willingness to care for anyone who needed help. She will be remembered for her charismatic smile and her infectious laugh. A celebration of Rebecca’s life will be held from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM Saturday, November 1, 2025, in the Courtyard by Marriott, 100 South Fountain Avenue, Springfield, Ohio 45502.
