Rhonda Joyce Roaden

Rhonda Joyce Roaden, 65, of West Milton, Ohio, passed away August 2, 2024 at Bethesda North Hospital in Cincinnati. She was born October 6, 1958 in Campbell County, Kentucky, the daughter of Eldon and Betty (Scott) Roaden. Rhonda was a compassionate person, and this led to her work in home health care. Survivors include three children, Richard “Ricky” Brooks, Jr., Kyle (Alex) Casdorph, and Anjel Casdorph; grandchildren, Chloe, Kamdyn, Augustus, and Faithlynn; stepmother, Doloris Roaden; siblings, Michael, Michelle (Gary), Mary Jo “Sissy”, Kevin (Gina), and Tony; sister-in-law, Barb; ex-mother-in-law, Pat Casdorph; ex-father-in-law, Jerry Casdorph; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two daughters, Adrienne and Amanda; granddaughter, Kileigh; father, Eldon Roaden; mother, Betty Sharp; stepfather, Dick Sharp; and siblings, Gary Lee and Joseph. People who knew Rhonda would describe her as free-spirited, loving, stubborn, and strong. She knew no strangers, and she enjoyed being around people. In her spare time, she enjoyed fishing, caring for her dog Delilah and her grand-puppy Spud, soaking up the sunshine, planting flowers, and spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was irreplaceable and left her mark on everyone around her. We were all blessed to know her. Visitation will be held from 5-8 pm Thursday in the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 am Friday in the funeral home with Pastor Pamela Sayre officiating. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery in Troy.
