Richard "Todd" Castello

          Richard Todd Castello “Todd’, 59, of Springfield, passed away October 27, 2023, in his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born March 3, 1964, in Barnesville, Ohio, the son of Jerry and Delores (Carpenter) Castello. Todd enjoyed fishing, working with cars, especially 1966 Chevy Nova’s and spending time with his family, particularly at holiday events. He had been employed at Beach Manufacturing for 15 plus years. Todd is survived by his beloved wife of 37 years; Sandra L”Sandy” (Shaffer) Castello, his mother; Delores Castello, three children; Roger Travis, Rick Travis and Amber (Kyle) Taylor, 10 grandchildren; Hailey Travis, Cameron (Kiley) Nick, Joshua Marano, Rick Travis, Sarah Travis, Taleah Travis, Nevaeh Travis, Elanah Travis,  Nathan Taylor and Kaia Taylor, siblings; Kellie Stewart and Bili Kettlehake (Shaun Wightman), brother-in- law; Tim Kinard, sister-in-law; Jennifer Castello and many nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by siblings; Jerri Kinard and Bobby Castello, brother-in-law; Scott Stewart and his father; Jerry Castello.  A gathering of family and friends to celebrate Todd’s life will be held from 5:00PM until 8:00PM Wednesday in the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME.
