Robert Michael ("Bobby") Cleelan

Robert Michael “Bobby” Cleelan, 33, of Springfield, passed away unexpectedly July 12, 2024, in Springfield Regional Medical Center. He was born March 22, 1991, in Springfield, the son of Robert E. and Rhonda (Young) Cleelan. Bobby enjoyed making memories with his wife, family and friends camping. He also enjoyed fishing, hunting for turtles, cast netting, guns, cars, having long talks with his daughter Launa, playing basketball with his son Logan, singing every night for over nine years to his youngest daughter Lilly and spending time with his family and friends. Bobby was employed at Navistar and was a member of Local 402. He was very loving and he always lit up the room when he walked in making everyone around him smile and he was always able to turn everyone’s bad day into a good one. He will be truly missed by everyone. Survivors include his wife; Brittany (Williams) Cleelan, three children; Launa, Logan and Lilly Cleelan, his parents. Robert and Rhonda Cleelan, his stepparents; Flanery and Debbie Wooten, siblings; Jonathan Keeton, Ashley Cleelan, Heather Cleelan, Aaron (Stephanie) Wooten, Dylan Wooten and Harley Wooten, special friends; Chad and Elizabeth Burchnell and Nick Taylor, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles and all of his department 65 work friends that made his day better. At Bobby’s request, a celebration of his life will be held at a date to be announced. Arrangements are being handled by the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERALHOME.
