Sally Loree Swabey, 81, of Springfield, passed away peacefully on November 13. 2023, in Dayspring of Miami Valley. She was born January 8, 1942, in Dayton, Ohio, the daughter of Paul and Gladys (Holliday) Snider. Mrs. Swabey enjoyed watching the birds, tending to her flowers, doing jigsaw puzzles and collecting Fenton blue glass, She had been employed as a teller at Security National Bank for many years and at The Truck Place. Survivors include her loving husband of 61 years; William Swabey, two children; Donna (John) Lindner and David Swabey (Cheryl Mowen), four grandchildren; Samantha (Peter) Blair, Shelby (Phillip) Seger, Cody (Brandon) Mowen and Amber (Chris) Fisher, six great grandchildren; Jedidiah Blair, Luke Blair, Lydia Blair, Colton Perkins, Christopher Fisher and Hayden Fisher, one sister; Kathryn (Frederick) Stockwell and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister; Marilyn Snider and her parents. Funeral services will be held at 11:00AM Tuesday in the Lawrenceville Church of God, 3131 Fox Hollow Road, Springfield, with Pastor Alan Cain officiating. Friends may visit with Sally’s family for one hour prior to the services. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Burial Park. Condolences may be shared at www.jkzfh.com.
