Shawn dedicated much of his professional life to his role as an Inspector at A1 Sprinkler & Systems Integration, A Pye-Barker Fire & Safety Company. Whether it was casting a line or hitting the trails on a bike ride, he relished every opportunity to be active—especially when it meant spending time with his son. His enthusiasm for life extended to supporting his daughter’s musical accomplishments with pride and excitement. A devoted fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers, Shawn never missed a chance to cheer on his team.
Later in life, Shawn began studying the Bible and became one of Jehovah's Witnesses. In this spiritual journey, he found not only faith but also a loving brotherhood that brought him immense joy and hope for the future. He cherished the congregation deeply and considered its members an extension of his family.
