Sue Markin

Sue Markin, 80, of Urbana, passed away April 30, 2025. She was born February 26, 1945, in Urbana, the daughter of John Paul and Betty (Wagner) Markin. Sue was a graduate of West Liberty Salem High School class of 1963 and had been employed at Walmart as a department manager for 22 years. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, sewing and spending time with her grandkids and great grandkids who were her life. She also loved to shop. Survivors include her children; Lisa (Puckett) Fuson and Jason McCain, eight grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, sister; Barbara McAlexander and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a daughter; Kelly Puckett, granddaughter; Rachelle Puckett, great grandson; Denver Carson, sister; Connie Smith, brothers; Jerry Markin and Tom Markin, niece; Cynthia Horsley, sister- in- law; Marge Markin, brother-in-law; John McAlexander, first ex-husband; Robert Puckett, second ex-husband; Carl McCain and her parents.
