Susan Renee Filson Guajardo

Susan Renee Filson Guajardo, age 51, of Springfield, Ohio, passed away February 2nd due to stage 4 lung cancer. She was born in Springfield on August 17th, 1971, the daughter of Michael Filson and Donna (Reams) Filson. Susan enjoyed playing with her grandkids, taking them for walks, singing and dancing with them, and watching netflix. She was a cosmetologist for 20-plus years until she had to have a titanium spine put in. Survivors include her husband, Francisco Guajardo; her daughter, Victoria Filson; grandchildren, Jace Sindle and Aurora Filson; one brother, Todd Filson; a niece, Mackenzie Withem (Steve Withem); a nephew, Payton Filson (Kayla Williamson); 3 great-nieces, Piper Filson, Scout Withem, and Carter Filson; and her father, Micheal Filson. She was proceeded in death by her mother, Donna Filson and her sister, Wendy Filson. Susan also leaves behind good friends, Jerry Brooks and Doris Marrs. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Tuesday February 7th in the Jones-Kenny-Zechman Funeral Home. Condolences may be shared at www.jkzfh.com.
