Tammy Lynn (Adams) McCombs

Tammy Lynn McCombs, 59, of Springfield, passed away Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at Springfield Regional Medical Center. She was born September 22, 1966 in Springfield, the daughter of Nancy (Miller) and James Adams, Jr. Tammy was a kind-hearted person who loved the Lord and her family. Survivors include her mother, Nancy Adams; five siblings, Jim, Danny, Jerry, Diane, and Lorrie; sister-in-law, Debbie; and many beloved nieces and nephews, including special niece Savannah, who Tammy was very close to. She was preceded in death by her husband, Steve McCombs; her father; and brothers, Rick and Eddie. No services are planned at this time.
