It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Vicki Sue
Blevins, on November 13, 2024. In the quiet of the night, with her daughters by her side,
Vicki found peace and reunited with Larry, who passed away this past August.
Born on March 25, 1956, Vicki was many things to many people—mother, sister, friend,
aunt, and mamaw. She had a way of making each role uniquely her own. Vicki is
survived by her daughters, Andee Circle (and her husband Troy) and Jaimee Starr (and
her husband Chris), along with her grandchildren: C.J. (and his wife Shelby), Ethan (and
his partner Haley), Austin (and his partner Tabby), Avery (and his wife Haylee), and
Zack. There’s also a little great-grandson on the way, who will surely grow up hearing
stories about his amazing “Mamaw Blevins.” She also held a special place in her heart
for her “grandchildren by love”: Allie, Joe, Caden, Brody, Maddy and Mitchell.
Vicki was also a cherished member of a large extended family, including her
mother-in-law, Eula Blevins; her sister-in-law, Lisa Massie (Shawn); her sister-in-law,
Bonnie Blevins; her sisters Rosemary Richardson (Scott), Arlene Studebaker (Dale),
and Barbara Tracy (Michael); numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and
great-nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Jerry and Ruby Jacobs.
In accordance with Vicki’s wishes, there will be no public services. Her family will honor her memory in a private ceremony and spread her ashes. Rest well, Mom. You've made your way back to
Dad. We’ll hold you both in our hearts, always. Arrangements are being made by JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME. Condolences may be shared at www.jkzfh.com
