William "Bill" F. Eubanks

William F. “Bill” Eubanks, 95, of Springfield, passed away Saturday, August 4, 2018. He was born June 25, 1923 in Clark County, the son of Willard and Dorothy (Glass) Eubanks. Bill was a Veteran of the U.S. Army, serving in WWII. He retired from International Harvester. He was preceded in death by his wife, Marie Eubanks; brother, James Eubanks; and his parents. Survivors include his two children, Gary Eubanks of Urbana and Beverly (Roger) Winget of Springfield; four grandchildren, Ross (Dawn) Eubanks, Cecelia (Josh) Evilsizor, Carie (Sean) King, and William (Marlena) Pence; 11 great-grandchildren; and his caregiver, Kathy Daniel. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Animal Welfare League. Arrangements are being handled by the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME.
