William “Bill” Edward Stultz, 85, of New Carlisle, passed away on Saturday, March 21, 2026 at Vancrest of New Carlisle. He was born on February 20, 1941 in Yellow Springs, Ohio, the son of Raymond and Rosalyn (Sites) Stultz.
Bill was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He was a sheriff’s deputy with the Clark County Sheriff’s Department for many years as well as an officer with the Lawrenceville Police Department. Following retirement, he moved to Edgewater, Florida where he lived for most of the last 40 years.
Bill was a member of several social clubs, including the Moose, Eagles, and Dolphin Athletic Clubs in Florida and the VFW and Moose Clubs in Medway. He enjoyed spending time with friends, playing euchre and singing karaoke.
Survivors include his three daughters, Valerie Stultz (Jimmy), Tonya Stultz (Chuck), and Shannon Stultz; daughter-in-law, Cher Stultz; sister, Linda Raby; Jodi Stultz; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many special friends in Florida and Ohio. He was preceded in death by his significant other of many years, Norma Griffin; his son, Todd Stultz; sisters, Rose Driscoll and Mary Barga; brothers, John, Chuck, and David Stultz; and his parents.
The family will hold a private celebration of Bill’s life at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME. Condolences may be shared online at www.jkzfh.com.
